We strive to dispatch orders within 7-14 business days from the date of order confirmation. This time is dependent on order size. Please note that orders may require additional processing time during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Note: Orders can also be delayed if proofs are not approved in a timely manner. We recommend all customers submit proof approvals within 24 hours of them receiving it to insure we are on track for production.

 

Shipping Methods and Carriers:

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your swag boxes swiftly and securely. Shipping methods available for selection may include standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, or other specialized shipping services. The choice of shipping method may impact delivery time and costs, which will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact details, to avoid potential delivery delays or issues. Swag Boxes Now is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

 

Undelivered or Returned Packages:

In the event of a failed delivery attempt or a package returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. We will make reasonable attempts to contact customers regarding such cases. After unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be held at a local courier facility for pick-up. The customers must contact the courier to arrange a re-delivery or pick-up schedule. However, please remember that the package will be held for a limited number of days. If the package remains unclaimed, please remember that we reserve the right to turn down the "return to shipper" due to the substantial import taxes and return shipping fees involved, so all unclaimed packages will be disposed. The customer is no longer entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

Swag Box is not liable for products damaged during shipment.
For lost orders, or orders that were given a status of delivered but were not delivered, please contact the courier for assistance to file a claim. Secure the case number before ending the call.

Swag Boxes Now reserves the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
