Refunds / Returns Policy

We prioritize delivering an outstanding swag experience for both you and your recipients. We highly advise careful inspection of all items upon their arrival. If any issue arises with your swag, we're committed to resolving it. To request a refund or credit, it's necessary to contact our Customer Service Representatives within 14 days of any recipient receiving the swag. Reach out to sales@swagboxesnow.com via email or our website's chat. Refund requests will undergo a 10-day review period.

While we accept requests for specific in-hand dates, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all items by the requested date. Therefore, we do not assure in-hand dates and cannot refund orders missing the requested date. Given the customized nature of our products, once an order is approved for production, cancellation with a full refund or credit is not feasible.

Customer Satisfaction

Upon reviewing your refund request, we'll replace items if possible or issue a credit/refund for valid claims.

Decoration and imprint method results may differ from approved mock-ups. Any refund request will be assessed against the approved mock-ups and brand colors submitted. Errors eligible for refund, account credit, or replacement include:

  • Items printed with entirely wrong colors or a difference in shade of two or more

  • Incorrect font usage

  • Incorrect imprint method

  • Logo size variation of 1 inch or more

  • Logo placement variance from approved location

  • Items received with quality defects: dents, significant scratches, or tears in apparel items


Damaged Items

If you discover broken or damaged items, provide photos. We'll replace the damaged products if feasible or issue a credit/refund.

Please note that Swag Boxes Now isn't responsible for item care post-receipt. Basic guidelines:

  • Drinkware: Hand wash recommended.

  • Apparel with heat transfer or screen print: Wash inside out in cold water and dry flat.

  • Damage due to improper care isn't eligible for refunds, credits, or replacements.

To qualify for a full refund or credit, certain items must be returned. If returning items is impractical for multiple recipients, a prorated refund can be provided as shipping credits, future order credit, or a return to the original payment method.

If bulk items can be returned, Swag Boxes Now will provide a return shipping label. After approval, opt for a credit or refund.

Notice Regarding Ceramic Mugs

Ceramic mugs aren't covered due to breakage risks. Orders include an assumption of risk, excluding replacement or refund for received damaged/broken ceramic mugs. Extra units are recommended for replacements.


Apparel Items Not True to Size

Confirm sizes before ordering. If items that were received did not have the correct ordered size, we will send out a replacement shipment. However, order must be returned first for an updated order to be reissued.
Swag Boxes Now doesn't provide merchandise exchanges. Sizing across apparel can vary, and once a recipient chooses a size, exchanges aren't possible.


Missing Items in Swag Packs

Confirm all items with recipients. If items are missing, we'll replace them if possible or issue a prorated refund/credit.
